Interesting! He looks like a spirit made out of cloud. The texture reminds me of of crayons.
I guess the main thing that strikes me as odd is where the detail is in this pic. Here it seems to be in the distance, which confuses my perception a bit because the non-detailed bits are in the forefront. Took me a while to figure out it was a boat. I would suggest bringing the more detailed aspects to the forefront of this picture. And adding detail to the cloud probably wou;dn't be a bad idea - took me a while to figure out - actually I'm not sure if it's a cloud or a cliff or soemthing else...
Feel free to disregard what I've said. I saw the critique button and thought I'd try. Your work is amazing.

I think you are right about the focus point, I guess the lighting is a bit messed up and not entirely right.
Btw, these are icebergs on the pic, among stardust-like clouds! (and fancy colors lol )

Wow.. all I can say is Wow... The thoughts I get from looking at this can only lead to questions. Why is the Dragon watching this ship? Is there a story behind it?

When a ship enters the ethereal dimension is looses it's material substance and becomes ethereal. It actually turns into a kind of ghost-ship... The ethereal stardust dragon shows the path to those who travel across the worlds. Now, why would someone dare to enter this world is an other thing... It must be something of great importance...
