Hm.. just curious, but pixel-wise, does this look lower quality than my other images? (Like overly blurred, or overly pixeled?)
Because I resized this image, and if no one can really tell the difference, I'm thinking of doing it to all my future images. The reason being, is that when I do oekaki, I generally use a very small resolution. This one for example, was done on a 300 by 350ish scale.
I have major issues with drawing on 2000 x 3000 canvases >__>;; but I'm probably gonna have to get used to it sooner or later, if I want to make higher quality images..

Haha. I was pretty sure he was a boy until the episode when he was in the woods with Naruto, and he kept calling him "sister." It confused the hell out of me. >.<

I know how you feel about drawing on the large canvasses. @_@ I used to fear it, too. But once you draw a few pictures like that, you'll never go back to the smaller sizes xD

I'd say it does looky blurry and on the edges you get a little pixelly. I know what you mean working with huge canvasses. I usually do my lineart HUGE (3200 x 2400) and then re-size it to colour easier. That way the lineart looks good even though it never was to begin with!

I think I work at a too larger scale, some reaching 5000-6000, it keeps getting larger!!
And to me, it looks slightly blurred, especially the edges, on the white BG. The colouring looks fine though.

The outline looks a little more blurry than usual, but with some photo manipulation programs, if you resize twice, then sharpen, it should go back to the way it was before. Nice work, by the way!

It does look rather blurry.
But I think I understand why you don't like using up large spaces for oakaki. It confuses me trying to draw something big on paper, and then blowing up the image more and more. So I just redo it normally. /:
You could just gradually make the canvas larger though and not rush into it.
