EDIT: The bloody nose thing is an anime and manga thing. When a character is sexually aroused, they get nosebleeds. It's a gag. For example: A dude likes this girl, and they are walking together when suddenly the wind blows and her skirt flies up and shows off her panties. The guy has a nosebleed. It's just silliness.
