I'm back from Dragon Con, and, as always, I had an amazing time! It was such a nice break after all the stress of writing and defending my thesis! I don't think I said this here, but I decided to turn it into a road trip and drove 14+ hours to Atlanta, going through Shenandoah National Park on the way down and the Great Smokey Mountains on the way back. This also meant I was able to bring three large costumes to Dragon Con this year (Abyss Watcher, Diablo 3 Monk, and Dark Souls Black Knight), which was pretty awesome because usually I can only bring one costume if I fly.
Anyway, I wore the Abyss Watcher in various forms on Friday and Saturday, and I am already getting back some beautiful photos of this cosplay. I absolutely love this one by Kevinertia . He makes me look like such a badass <3
