I hate using the little guy, because he's just not reliable enough. But when he's the last resort and suddenly he becomes useful and just keeps getting critical super effective hits with metronome? BEST. FIGHT. EVER.
But yes. I think that is the most accurate depiction of togepi. Doofy-looking dumb as rocks eggshell...but evil. So, so evil. I'm surprised Misty was able to carry him around without going insane or have horrible night terrors or try to kill Ash or /something/. A fine addition to the party. Let's hope he doesn't get killed on your journey, because he totally makes up for stalker chick not being around anymore. xDD
