Description I posted a WIP scan of this image in scraps, but this is the finished image and a scan of the whole image. Original is 11x14, done in colored pencils.

hi, im new to deviantart, but i was looking for a new tattoo design, and id like to ask if i can have your permission to get this blue dragon tattood on my shoulder? i figured that since you drew it i should ask permission... it is VERy awesome thgouh either way..

I don't mind, but you might want to check with your tattoo artist to make sure that you don't need a letter to have it done since it is custom artwork. I just ask that you send me a photo of it when you get it done.

I could be better though, I still need alot of practice on certain things, like doing good backgrounds and toning my colors down a bit to more normal tones.
