My tablet actually let me paint this without too much hassle. The pressure even worked this time. I think it knows I'm feeling down.

Every piece of original art I've done lately has come out horrible. I have the vision clear in my mind, I can even do my rough mini sketches perfectly, but when it comes time to actually draw the real deal, it flops. And every time it flops, I get more and more depressed. And every time I get depressed, I curl up in bed and watch Pocahontas and draw more fanart. The love and simplicity make me happy.

I'm so in love with John Smith's hair, even though I don't like blondes. I tried to make it more natural than just yellow. In the top right picture, I would eat a sandwich made of it, I'm not even kidding. Man, I think my hair fetish is getting out of hand...

Part of me wanted to splash some color onto the background. The rest of me said, "Fuck that".
