You'll know what i'll say right? The character looks great, although the shadows on him should be less deep with this kind of background. The guitar looks alright (love the stained glass texture on it), but you forgot to work on one area that i told you before, i don't think anybody's gonna notice it, but it's still there (now that unfinished detail will haunt you in your dreams *insert random evil laugh here*).
What for the background, you know i'd make it more complicated, a huge sound behind or to the side would totally suit this picture.

It lacks shading, which would probably give it more definition... I can't really tell where his chest ends and where his arms begin.
The line art is still great though, and the guitar is totally awesome!
