Luther had gotten bored with simple stable life, so decided to accept the challenge of the Teepee-Trials and travel to North Dakota to have some fun. He took the eager young Falcon and his loyal dog Kulali with him on the long journey across the world.
He had never see the desolate lands of America before, being from Australia where he is surrounded by bushland. It was quite strange for his companions, too. Although they did like the scenery and climate more than Luther.
Kulali gave an excited bark and raced of across the plain, Falcon (unaware that Luther was still on his back) gave chase, not to be outdone by the large dog. Luther had dressed for the Trials, adopting a costume more to that of the occasion. Dust flew up over Luther, turning his skin a darker shade and together with his sleek black hair he could have passed for an authentic Native Indian. He laughed when the two animals gave him a strange look, as though they didn't recognize him. Thinking they needed more authentic costumes as well, Luther gave Falcon some markings in a blue body paint, the colour of the sky he loved to fly through (although he would not be using his wings on this trip). He also bought a bearskin blanket off a local to drape over his handsome stallion. Luther tried to paint Kulali but he would not have it, he rolled and licked any paint off. So Luther gave up for now, he might try and dress the proud dog up with something else later xD
