does anyone else agree that the fennekin evolution line should differ on gender? Because a male Delphox and Braixen is just... weird.

But it's extremely gender neutral. Mages, witches and wizards, magical beings of both genders, all wear long robes and Braixen's 'skirt' is merely the transition to that robe. In fact I'd argue that Delphox has always looked far more male than female to me. I mean: i.imgur.com/7rd94.jpg

wow! Nice view! I still stand by my point, though. I mean 'Delphox' is obviously a mix between Delphi (as in the Delphi oracle) and fox (spelt 'phox'). And the oracle was a woman! I mean, at least make the gender ratio for the evolution line female bigger than male! It would just make more logical sense! Right? I mean, it's pretty obvious Game Freak made Delphox more femenin than the other two starters, so why did they make it more common to have a MALE fennekin??

*shrug* You can get male gardevior and kirlia. In Okami Ammy is gender neutral even though Ameterasu is female. And Delphox is the English name yes? In Japan it's Mahoxy which is a cross of mage/magic and fox. I highly doubt a Japanese game will change their game mechanics/statistics due to a translation/renaming.
