While the rest of the Justice Avengers were in charge of locating Magni , Diana decided to go for the Mjölnir. She knew long ago that she was worthy to lift it up, so she decided to take it with her until Thor returned, however, before she could take the Mjölnir, Diana noticed how the hammer began to move, faster and faster, and before Diana could grab it, it flew away at a great speed. Diana, undoubtedly, flew after it. After a few minutes of pursuit, Diana noticed that the hammer ended up in the hands of a woman she knew, and from a thunder that fell on her, she found her as the new bearer of the Mjölnir and Thor's powers until his return.
