I think this looks just like Emmy Rossum, so dont be too critical on yourself, although I know what you mean...sometimes when you work too closely on an image you know what's wrong because you have the reference picture telling you it looks wrong, but to those of us who cant see the reference I'm going to say this is wonderful.
Now, I've got a question, are you using a reference? And if you are, is it black and white or color? Because I'm trying to render out an image with graphite (not my customary medium since I prefer digital) and I've got a black and white to go off of, but it turning out way different than the colored version.

She's just beautiful. Love the texturing, the skin is just so velvety-looking and her eyes have wonderful sparkle.
I think even though you're not happy with the likeness it would merit finishing. It's a wonderful portrait.
