Description A drawing of a former classmate I decided to do . Sometimes being able to draw gives you an excuse to meet all the pretty people that you never had the guts to talk to. Shallow? A little, but I'm not complaining. I got to draw an awesome picture because of it.

Yep , prismacolor to be exact! Thank you so much for favoriting by the way. Hopefully you checked out my other colored pencil ones (though some I did years ago, so I feel the skill level is different than now. That's just my opinion though). I just checked out your page, and I absolutely LOVE your stuff .

Of course I checked them out theyre all pretty kick ass old or not. My colored pencil attempts pretty much go down in a blaze of glory. How the hell do you blend? I had pretty good luck with chalk pastels but man one smudge and its in the trash! BTW im Rob..thanks for the words of encouragement,im gonna watch you if you dont mind? got anything else thats gonna grab me appearing on here soon?

I use a tortillon to blend, and I must say, it is the most important tool I use. Quite a few people don't like using it though, they use the clear colored pencils which I'm not a fan of. Completely depends on your taste and what you're trying to accomplish. I've always wanted to try chalk pastels! Is it messy? Sure thing! I'll watch you too . I really do wish to try drawing with graphite again, and looking through your drawings makes me want to pick it up again. It does take me months to upload new pieces unfortunately, but I really hope it's worth the wait. I like the concept of my next piece which is a picture of Nicki Minaj in a Vogue magazine where she has blue skin and cotton candy hair, but the only problem is, I don't like Nicki Minaj much...

Nicki Minaj would be cool sounds colorful..Yes chalk is very messy unless you frame it instantly. Spray fixatives are out there but i dont care what anyone says it changes the look even when it dries. I'll make a deal with ya you do something in graphite and ill dust off the prismacolors lol..take it easy

It's a pretty neat photo. Maybe I can find a way to make it not look like her, but I'm afraid it won't look as good. Fixatives don't really work that well, I spray that onto my drawings and it still manages to smear . I really do wish to draw in graphite again . Very nice stuff you've been uploading by the way!! I would comment on all of them, but I'm a little too lazy for that haha.
