This got an involuntary, voiced "Aaaw!" from me. I think it's a success.

LOL, cute story. Imagining a little kid being chased around by one is hilarious. How big are those things anyway?

It's amazing to me the kinds of things that can be done with that street style mural type artwork. The simple shapes and colors just make for the neatest pictures.
I'd say that selling cards through your website might be a very good idea. I'd also suggest if that's something you'd like to try, seeing about looking into designing or selling a few designs to one of the big greeting card companies. Somebody has to be doing it for them...
Of course I'm not really sure how that kind of thing works and it might not be your cup of tea, but it's one of many options.
This pair is just too cute.

There's something rather nice about simplicity, and a lot of times it's tricker than doing something realistic. I've never looked into actually working for one of those card companies, so I have no idea how they work. I might just try something smaller for a first go.

I love it! It's cute and charming, and it reads well. I love the creatures and the design of the leaves!
I'd love to say something original, but... well, "cute and charming" just comes to mind....
You're the best!

Thank you. Actually, this was all done freehand in Photoshop. If you look closely, I used a brush set to 'dissolve' so the edges aren't actually smooth.

Yea, I have a wacom. It's been a while since I did computer art with a mouse. I tip my hat to anyone who can pull that off.
