Description Sooo.... I did another dragonegg. Mainly because I had a second styrofoam egg here...
Here I painted three coats of varnish. A black basecoat, a thinned metallic coat in some blueish green hue and a high gloss glitter effect nail polish. The paperpins are different here and I used about 650 of them. I painted all of them separately and then pinned them in the egg. Here you can see a size comparison with my hand... it is rather large...


I used the same technique, like with my green egg...

And brilliant idea. It takes time and patience but is not that difficult in itself. And since you have experience with nailpolishes (contrary to me), you sure will come up with wonderful effects!
