Okay, so this is Mello from Death Note. Of course, his real name isn't Mello... let's just say that his first name begins with an M. Which makes me wonder, does L's real name begin with an L too, or is this just some big coincidence?... and no, I won't tell you why he's tied up. I don't know it either. Spur of the moment kinda thing I guess.
Hmm... why does he make me think of Setsuna Mudo? *shudders*
Pshht! That dark blotch of color on his face is supposed to be a scar (he got that from a, uh, fire). Don't look at it, it's bleh.
