Description
This is my first art piece digging into my newest Ork character, "Mortus, the Black". This character is built up from my new "She-Orkz" figure, available at www.runtimedna.com/sixus1 and will be out available very soon. The concept of the character is kind of an Orkish dark magician/priestess. Here, I wanted to show her being sort of maniacal in the moonlit ruins of an old church of some kind. Thanks to Luke Ahearns for the awesome models used in the background elements. All of the character related pieces in this were designed by yours truly, modeled and textured in Maya and Zbrush, then rendered out of Poser Pro using the Advanced Render Settings from Semidieu at RDNA which allows professional grade render layers. Al 13 layers were then composited in Photoshop. Thanks!
