8/12/23 UPDATE: New design!Korrodra's revision has led to him becoming one of my favorite Sundo designs thus far, but that left his Gigantamax form to deal with as well, and it was gathering dust for far too long, so with the Sulivaran line due to be posted on Twitter, I figured it was high time I revisited it. This new design kept everything I liked best about the original, but updated it with a more imposing posture that really sells the giant size of this thing, changed up the color scheme and patterning to match that of the base form, and most importantly, brought the added sulfur theme to its logical conclusion by having acidic geysers bursting out of his body. The patterning on the back humps even invokes a pair of erupting volcanoes if you squint a bit! I also changed the back spikes of this form from simple plates to crystalline structures to further add to the sulfur theme, though whether or not they're bony scutes on steroids that are covered in sulfur or actual sulfur crystal growths on his skin is a question I'll leave up for debate, because even I wasn't sure which to go with and I didn't have room in the flavor to clarify as such. Regardless, seeing as pure sulfur most often shows up naturally as a solid crystal, often growing in volcanic rocks, I felt it'd be a nice touch to really hammer in the fact that this big lizard is now steeped in sulfur in his entirety. If Korrodra is the ruler of the wasteland, his Gigantamax form IS the wasteland! Anyways, hope you enjoy this new look for the big lug, and stay tuned for more redesigns and updates soon!

Here's the next fakemon G-Max form! I've had this in my backlog for a good long while and only now did I decide to post it - luckily, Korrodra is early enough in the Sundo dex that his G-Max form gets to be revealed early! This is alas one of those forms that's a "just gets bigger" type, similar to a number of canon G-Maxes out there, but there are a few subtle changes to his look at least - the most major one is that humped, sloping back like a mountain. This harkens back to the original draft version of Korrodra which looked like a vintage quadrupedal Victorian Megalosaurus, which I very much like from a monster design perspective and wanted to use in at least one fakemon. That dinosaur was named because its teeth resembled a monitor lizard's except much bigger, so it only made sense for G-Max Korrodra to homage that.
I still need to draw the next G-Max, but I'll try to this weekend. No promises, but it's definitely on the way, so stay tuned for that and more of them soon!
