Personality-
Varsha is a typical pre-teen with all the baggage that comes with it. Varsha has a bad habit of being self absorbed, and slightly snobby. Varsha’s entitlement stems from her previous life as an Elder and seems to be inherent to the power primordial. Despite this Varsha does her best to be friendly and genuinely likes everyone right away. She seems uniquely able to say exactly the right thing at the right time but this is usually because of her abilities and only seems to add to her already disproportionate ego.

Backstory/Origins-
Born and raised in New Delhi, Varsha’s childhood was unremarkable, that is except for the fact that Varsha from infancy, had shown her potential as a powerful mentalist. She constantly showed a powerful empathy toward others, an uncanny ability to know how people are feeling and react accordingly. As she greglw, she was taught to use this gift to help people but ultimately, as people started to take notice of her and her powers, she developed a rather high opinion of herself; almost automatically like it was side effect of her power. Varsha’s true self began developing at the age of 12 when during a street argument she came across she wished that the two fighting would stop being so angry. Then suddenly they weren’t, in fact, they were extremely scared of each other. Another situation saw her brother break her favorite toy and as she was upset she noticed her brother also became very upset about the broken toy. Varsha’s growing powers were unexplainable to anyone on earth, but to a certain individual who had been searching for her throughout the universe, this was to be expected, in fact it was only the beginning. One night, Varsha was abducted by a space pirate known as Reptyl. On the way to deliver Varsha to his anonymous benefactor, Reptyl was intercepted by the Guardians of the Galaxy, who immediately took Varsha in. Mantis was the first to recognize the girl’s potential as a powerful being reincarnated, she was an Elder of the universe known as the Provider. The Guardians would hold onto Varsha until they could discover who was attempting to kidnap her.

Weaknesses-
Varsha is a non-combatant. In fact in a fight she is often more trouble than a help. As fear and anger are strong emotions when Varsha experiences them they often override her control on her powers and add another frenzied layer to the battle. Additionally her own overconfidence can be a double edged blade for Varsha. Often if she doesn't have control over something she was sure she had control over she'll freeze and not know what to do, too proud to say she doesn't have the situation under control. On a more basic level Varsha is grossed out by vermin-like creatures such as rats.

Notes-
Varsha likes singing but doesn't like when people hear her sing.
Varsha enjoys all manner of spicy food and it's something that Drax and her bond over.
Varsha NEEDS to bathe on a regular basis or she gets very moody.
