A new issue, a new story, a new round of huzzahs, Issue 11 starts here! (Wait, 11? Really? Wow!)
As per usual, the first page is a one panel page, just setting the scene and all that jazz. Hey, its Phillip wearing a trenchcoat! (I think it suits him. Do you?)
Mobotropolis is still rebuilding after the events of Sky Monster, and some are still forced to live in tents. Cranes are left idle overnight, ready to resume construction in the night. But there's no time to rest for Phillip, for he's on a mission... what mission? Find out on the next page.
This issue... how to describe it... You know how when TV shows following a story arc often have a small episode to set up the big finale that immediately follows it? Well...

Also, I have an advice for you about drawing darker settings: you might use less bright colours to make it look more convincing. I don't know if program you're using has that option, but some allow you to tone down brightness and contrasts in the selected layer.

I’ll be honest, I don’t know much about brightness and contrast settings. I use illustrator, but I don’t know all the tips and tricks about how it works... I basically use it as a enhanced Microsoft paint. But you have a point, it is a bit bright.
Havent drawn Mobotropolis at night too often. Whoops.
