Their latest battle is against the new "Internet Blacklist Bill" which will censor much beloved websites (youtube, facebook, deviantart, etc) as well as many not-as-popular ones, (thatguywiththeglasses.com, for example) because of the two most dreaded words on the internet; "Copyright infringement."

Yes, just like with the Radio, Magizines, News Papers and Television before it, the people will no longer have a say in what people see, say or do online. It will all be controlled by the government and media organizations.

Today, on the 16th (of November,) Congress is holding a hearing on this bill, that would create America's first system for internet censorship.

Despite that today's the day they sent out what they already have, demandprogress.org is still looking for signatures and support for this and other freedom-preserving petitions.
Lord knows that we're still going to have a fight on our hands, whether we win or lose today.
