Where does the smoke end and the beard begin? Awesome piece. I don't think the lack of variability in line width is a bad thing. There's a sort of savage rusticness about it, almost like it was carved in wood. You'd lose that sense if you added any more detail.

I wished you had thought to put more differentiation in line width. The line work is exquisite but I would have loved to see more finer detailing.
