I agree with Ulver that the shine adds a very nice effect. I really love the layers of texture and lighting. The blending of colors is smooth, but distinct at the same time without detracting. I love the little bit of purple on the lips.
I really like the skulls. Maybe because as you were streaming I saw the flat line art and here they just pop.
I think you did an excellent job with the somewhat androgynous nature of this character. It's a harder quality to portray than you would think, especially with the level of detail you gave this painting.
And, finally but not least, mmmm 80s hair!

You are really starting to improve with drawing all digital! Your progress is really amazing. There are very crisp lines and colors here, and the effects of the shine is very nice as well. Really makes him seem unwashed and unkept. All his folds of skin on his face come together well also. Very nicely done.
