Ooh.. The coloring and shading is very nice, I especially like that you painted her smile properly, rendering the muscles around the mouth can be a tricky thing with women, often making them appear too old.
If there is one small issue, it feels like her left legs doesn't read as well as it could, it appears to just simply be shorter than the right calf in my eyes. I think that one of the reasons for that is because we can see the bottom of the foot, which usually isn't the case when a figure is seen from a birds angle. But it's a minor thing, and most shouldn't be able to tell.

This is gorgeous. The old sketch itself was really nice but you've added a whole nother dimension to the painting just by touching it up a bit here and there and putting a little more time into it. That's time that definitely paid off. I especially like how bright her eyes are, and how they seem to be the same color as the parts of the sea closer to the sun.
