At a glance this looks like an ordinary picture with Applebloom in the schoolhouse at night...but if you zoom in on it and REALLY focus on the picture you can see that there's words on the walls,writings on the tables,blood on the bottom left of the picture,the remaining things of the other foals in the schoolhouse that were killed and Applebloom writing notes acting like nothing ever happened indicating she killed her classmates makes this picture really creepy....I like it
Also I see something sticking out the bushes outside the window looks like a....horn? is that Sweetie Belle?

Applebloom is dead... a ghost.Β It just hasn't struck her yet.
Somewhat like in 'The Lovely Bones', Susie didn't realize she was dead until she saw the blood stained knife and her killer taking a bath to clean himself up (in the movie). I forgot how she had the revelation in the book... if there even was one... but I think it's something like that.

Whenever I see grimdark Apple Bloom art, I try to connect it to Cupcakes (well, the original version with Apple Bloom being Pinkie's apprentice). Maybe Apple Bloom's murder of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon got out in the schoolyard, and the foals ganged up and killed her. Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle, unaware of all this, bury her under the clubhouse, etching that on her desk in her memory. But some potion she'd brewed of Zecora's (with some secret pony ingredients added in~) brought her back the night after she was buried. It was a night class, and she murdered all of the students, and Cheerilee. Special zebra potion magic kept them all inside unless Apple Bloom let their corpses out. The Ponyville Schoolhouse was since condemned. It is unknown where Apple Bloom went, as nopony saw anypony leaving the schoolhouse... alive. And so she entered into the realm of breezie-tales like the Olden Pony: foals were told by their mothers that if they did not do their school assignments, then Apple Bloom The Pony Baker would kill them in their classroom and serve them as cupcakes.
