How i feel checking out other artists' gallery lol
Lol you know when you sit by the laptop to answer comments and messages and no on talks to you...you leave then BAM!Inbox explosion lol...iAnswer! I promise...just slowly...so much hw to catch up.
Let me not leave on a negative note, I'm a masochist who likes to feel like I'd always have room for improvement. Life's a bore if you stay in one place and never improves. I like the motivation inspired by the better artists. ^^

Your drawing skills make me think of Moebius. He is also known as Jean-Giraud. A great artist.Β
There is also another artist of which you remind me, but I can't get to his name, nor the name of the comic he wrote. I know there was a movie made out of his comics, I recall Baile or something, I'll let you know when I remember... (sorry not helping I guess)

Its not that Snail and Bilal are equal in art, but Snails work reminded me of Bilal and Jean Giraud. Something in the setting or colours. Anyway: I didn't want to offend anyone, jsut spoke my mind. I like Snails work.

agreed... seeing a "Camazing" work in my dev stacks is the high point of my day, to be sure...
and, no offense taken here... I could easily see a good many of our darling Snail's pieces fitting nicely into any publication that would carry the likes of Bilal or Moebius... Β Β
it's actually a shame she wasn't around during the heyday of mags like Heavy Metal and Epic Illustrated...
i can easily imagine a great many successes for her, had she been working at that time...
on a side note, VERY nice to run across someone who's even heard of Bilal...

As a kid I ate his albums. I have been into comics for some times, ranging from Donald Duck to 'Les Tunique Blue', but Bilal really opened a new world for me.Β
I loved his movie big time.
