Seriously, what am I, possessed by some sort of monk ghost?My female close friend from High School, I know her for five years, sat on my laps to take a photo. I got so uncomfortable...lol I nearly lifted her off and put her to the side. But I didn't. I love that girl to death, but I just can'tβugh, be touched lol
My male best friend is the only one I allowed to be close to me. ( I think I view him more as a teddy bear than a human, that's why...lol)

It is perfectly normal if you have chemical imbalances like social anxiety or grew up without a good amount of affection. Take a cat for example, if you pet it constantly when it's a kitten, then it will adore the idea of being pet. However, if you give it a lack of attention as a kitten, it will reject affection and even become A) jumpy or nervous when approached, or B) aggressive or hostile.

You know, you made me realize this was an okay thing. My sister is extremely touchy-feelsy, but I always have issues when she leaps on to me. My family doesn't even ask to touch me, but make fun of me if I don't hug them. They wonder why I "give the worst hugs in the family," even though my friends compliment me if I give them a shoulder to cry on (a consensual hug).
Lately my family is beginning to accept that about me, but it kinda haunts me that I've heard rape jokes about the situation.
(If anyone is wondering, I used to make the weirdest noises when my friends hugged me out of the blue. More like a dying whale than anything.)

I don't mind being hugged. I had a friend who would literally hug me Everytime she saw me, and I was fine with it. Dammit, feel like one minute I'm a sick recluse and the next I'm yearning for a friend to hang out with me ughhh

I'm the same way, actually. When any of my third tier or fourth tier friends try to touch me I pull away or complain until they stop. With my second tier friends, if they touch me I'll ignore it but I don't really like it. Only when my first tier friends touch me I am okay with it completely. But then again there are only a few people like that... maybe even only one actually. Also terrible is with my parents, I hate to show them any type of affection.. But If I give the hugs, completely fine... weird.

At the bus I am the douche that sits next to her bag/purse/backpack unless someone ask me if the sit is taken. Then I smile a little and let him/her sit, but I'm staring at the window the whole time. The worst thing is when I'm travelling to visit my dad in Germany and I'm stuck in a bus for 24 hours, sitting next to the person that takes one and a half sit while sleeping. I'm literally afraid to move, so the stranger won't wake up and start talking to me T_T.
BTW. I was away for like half a year or something(a lightning effed up my computer.) Like your new hair :3
