Here we go, my third final drawing for DA's Drawtober challenge! For this week, I've decided to do Saturday's prompt, "Owl". Let's face it, "hoooo" doesn't love adorable owls? Even though they're seen as bad luck or omens of death in many cultures, but to a lot of people, owls actually symbolize wisdom, mystery, intelligence, protection, and good luck. Some people also believe that owls can unmask deception and guide people who need to see beyond the obvious.

To me, this October doesn't really feel like a horror month this year. It feels more like a cozy month, especially since we've been having some light snow and showers in Minnesota (even though it's still October, which is pretty crazy). That's why I decided that, for my third and final drawing for Drawtober, I would go with a cute owl wearing a scarf to keep her warm in the cold autumn weather. It's a good thing it's not snowing, or else she might have to fly south a little earlier than usual.

I think my drawing is a perfect way to end Drawtober, since when it comes to Halloween, I prefer it to be more warm and welcoming than scary. I bet everyone else had fun submitting their deviations and earning badges just like I did, and I can't wait to see what will come next year.
