This is Janelle, or 'Ellie,' from an old friend's W.I.T.C.H. fanfiction story, "Guardians of Eos" (which has now been taken over by my good pal, and myself).

Important note, though, before someone reading believes as such, nope, Janelle/Ellie (or any of the other Eos chickies) are/were not inspired by the original/canon W.I.T.C.H. or even C.H.Y.K.N. Guardians, but by real life people, a.k.a. friends of ours, including some of the personality traits instilled within the girls.

Personal Information

Janelle "Ellie" Milleret is, as both her family and friends often describe her, an extremely strong willed individual, generally passionate about life as well as each of her interests, although not without a slight tendency for occasional bouts of profound laziness or even pessimism. Generally positive, happy, laid back and humorous by nature, she is nonetheless prone to her moments of frustration and wariness (especially whenever thrust into an unfamiliar situation, or dealing with individuals filled with pompous or self righteous attitudes), in addition to sometimes being too stubborn whenever having to admit that she is wrong, primarily due to her desire for self preservation.

She is still not without her moments of being rather fatalistic about various situations, however, which often leads her to condition herself to expect nothing and therefore be awarded with minimal to no disappointment. This occasional mentality can perhaps lend to or stem from the rather unstable, and at times harsh relationship she has always possessed with her older brother (unlike her enriching closeness to her older sister, in contrast), which in turn has caused her to become quite guarded, especially around those of the male sex.

As the newfound Guardian of Energy/Aether, Ellie is initially within disbelief over said position, despite her lifelong open-mindedness in regards to the unexplained and/or unfathomable. Admittedly desiring only to walk away from the situation and to continue on with her original life, her natural instinct to do the right thing (regardless of her personal feelings upon the issue) and protective compulsion prevents her from doing so, in addition to abandoning her newfound Eos Guardian companions as a result, as well.

While her ability to stay cool under pressure (more often than not), maintain responsibility and think on her feet technically categorizes her as a good leader, it is also her default, enduring compassion for others, especially for those in need which acts as a primary driving force.

Besides Melody on occasion, Ellie often has to act as mediator or peacekeeper within the group (if not experiencing grievances of her own), especially between Shin and Gina, on and off; and while she does not honestly perceive any one of them as her sole "best friend," Ellie perhaps gets along most with both Katie and Melody, most likely for sharing a fairly similar sense of humor as Katie, and the tendency for cautiousness with personal/social matters as Melody.

Stronger and more effective than that of both Will Vandom's Keeper abilities, as well as previous Eos Watchers'. Also known as Aether or 'Spirit.' Involves harnessing the elemental energies of all four elements/Aether at once, primarily, as well as the ability to contact the Essence of Eos's past Watchers; transform the fellow Eos Guardians between their human and Guardian forms, usually triggered by the phrase "Let the Essence embrace us!"; teleport the Eos Guardians collectively to and from the world/realm of Eos; see the distinct auras of all living creatures and decipher the current mood or state of said creatures as a result; create dopplegangers; create pure white bolts of raw energy/aether as blasts; enhanced physical strength; and glamouring, developing finer control within certain aspects of said primary ability over time.
