Oh my God. I have never taken such a long time with a pony before. I've seriously lost track of the numbers of times I had to change my plans on how to make something or start something else completely over. *dies*He has been repainted in a custom color I mixed to give his skin a 'dead look. For those of you who don't know, Alucard is a vampire.
His jacket, suit, hat, shoes, and teeth are all made from apoxie sculpt.
The hat and jacket were both sculpted over a wire mesh frame.
His glasses are hand made with yellow plastic and wire.
I am working on a set of guns for him, but I wanted him to go home since he's pretty much done minus those. His owner is very happy. I am so relieved.
His bow tie is made of real fabric.

The base is a regular My Little Pony. The clothes are made of apoxie sculpt.

ummm like how do u make em look like the acyual pony thingy..its kool it looks soo smooth and nice.....and iv use polymer clay its a pain in da ass lol

*Shrugs* I just use water to smooth it out and if that isn't enough then I sand it once it's set.

Wow. That's actually pretty cute (which is meant as a compliment considering Alucard is supposed to be anything but cute... by normal standards.) Are his ears sticking out through the hat? I can't really tell.
And I think the guns would have made a better impression, but it's fine this way too. And even though I know that's how his outfit is supposed to look, I think adding a design on the rump like the other ponies would help too... like a bunch of bats or something. XD But that would probably ruin the Alucard look...
But also, I think the hair needs to be a bit more sporadic. It seems a little too neat for his style. XD

In a way, that's true even in the manga. I was reading the first volume at a friend's house and we talked about how it seemed strange because his hair length would always change from frame to frame. We weren't sure how he kept doing that. On top of that, his hat was drawn too small for his skull to fit in, yet he was able to tuck in all that hair... where does he hide it all?! Does his hat contain a portal to another dimension?!
