I'm curious, very much so.
Is he really that poor a hunter without his mate? Or is he quite literally starving himself so he can eat the deer that caused her death?
The Doe is offering some form of advice? Kind of? I mean logistically speaking he should move on to greener, less murdery pastures. Emotionally he's a mess right now and doesn't seem willing to move on until he's avenged her. This guy's not stupid enough to follow her to where his mate died, surely.
The doe's taking on a more passive stance here. Then again she's never truly been 'aggressive' so much as creepy and unnerving.
I'm not sure where this is going to go, but that '-' usually speaks for some kind of interruption.
