Perhaps Amy could be an earth bender based on the way she wields her piko hammer or a fire bender because of her temper.

Firebending does kinda come naturally to Blaze, seeing as she has fire based attacks

I think, possibly, Earthbenders should be able to bend fire too. Sorta.

There were some games (Sonic Heroes and Sonic Battle, for example) in which Sonic used his Spin-Dash to create gusts of wind or tornadoes to attack enemies.
Also, there's an episode of Avatar (“The Blue Spirit”, I believe) in which Aang uses Airbending to run fast.

Technically, Knuckles is a fire bender as well.(Sonic Heroes) Heck, even before blaze made her debut.
