Description Centauresss' from the 2008 live-action film "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian".
During the climax battle of the movie, there are (like in the first one) some female centaurs aiding in to fight against the talmerines. When the battle begins, almost all of them were following "Edmund" (like in the first one)... hmmm... ALso, most of them were archers. Anyway, one notable Cebtauress was a blonde with a brown coat ( img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20… ), who was most notably in the background when "Peter" & "Caspian" watch "Susan" fall. Her appearance was inspiration for a character of mine in my own fantasy series, and I have found one fan-art of her on this website. The other one is just a brown-coated girl with brown hair and a brown vest-thing.
Other centauress' that appear in the film are some other ones (like a white fur one that ran with the brunet and blondie and the other characters at one point), the wise taur-dude's wife, and a cameo by "Tilda Swinton".... Yeah, it's in her  contract to be in every entry of the films.
I used the image and played the DVD on my computer for reference. I did pencil first before coloring it in, and tried my best to get the anatomy correct. I think it looks fantastic. I also put "Aslan the Lion's" face within the sky, since Aslan is like a God/Jesus character and Narnia is a Christian fantasy series. Speaking of which, Centaurs in Narnia are like star-gazing Prophets. Plus, the centaur star-constellation sagittarius can be seen as the archer of God's judgment.

Narnia Books - C.S. Lewis

Nice to see some Centaur action. They're cool creatures, they deserve love.

Yeah, they are cool in action. The female ones don't really have much action as they should... or much of a role for that matter in the films

Well, I don't recall us getting any Centaur females introduced by name in the books, either... Lewis seemed to have a little bit of a blind spot, there. It seemed like expanding the demographics was one thing the filmmakers were giving an honest try.

Nope...  About Lewis. SO, great job on behalf of the filmmakers. Oh, this may sound weird... but, female centaurs are attractive... and stuff.

Not too weird, honestly. I can recognize pretty in a number of fantasy creatures with human-like faces - having a whole half of the body be human just makes it easier.
Although personally, my first thought with centaur tends to be more "majestic," and I'm more likely to pull out "attractive" for fauns.
Or maybe we are both a little weird?
I do think it's more the sapience factor - whether a creature has a mind like mine - than them needing to be identical to me in appearance, though.

Oh, okay....     Anyway, I'd probably fall for Centauress..  if our friendship was developed and she was pretty Hot... I mean.. pretty...

Earth seems very lacking in Centaurs, Fauns, nymphs, elves, or any other fun non-human creatures to hang out with, unless your region is an unusually interesting one in which case I'd like to move there. So for the moment at least, unless we make contact with aliens, a door to Faerieland opens up, or genetic engineering gets really advanced inside our lifetimes, discussions about meeting Centaurs are unfortunately kind of academic.
