I've read the first edition of the manga, and it's better than the anime in my opinion, but it's still not too good.

To be honest, I don't even know half of the stuff you mentioned. That's how frequently I see said raging fans, compared to Sonic and mlp fans - as good as never.
There really IS such a thing as an extreme harry potter fandom? Wow. xD And I should maybe google that superwholock or attack on titan thing.

Certain Harry Potter fans are over enthusiastic about shipping and complain about everything. It tends to be the Harmony (Harry x Hermione) shippers who do it.

SuperWhoLock is the combination of Supernatural, Doctor Who and Sherlock fandoms and makes no sense. The crossover doesn't work and the fans are all over Tumblr.

Attack on Titan's an anime I haven't watched but people don't shut up about it
