If you think about it, it's true.After posting my last Bible-related stamp, I just thought about this... I don't know if there's already a stamp like this or not, but it's worth posting.
God had followers (just like Twilight), and then they wrote about God (just like Twihards of fanfiction.net). Now it's famous.

The way I see it, primitive man did not understand the world but they liked it so they came up with a story about it that they could understand. It is the same concept as not understanding a movie (or in this case the world) but writing a fanfiction about it with original characters (God, Noah, Moses, Etc). That is how it is seen by myself anyhow

I don't know what exactly you're trying to say... That my stamp is historically inaccurate, or the Bible is.
And judging from your signature, it's the stamp. And the stamp has nothing to do with history, really. A bunch of guys got together and wrote a book about God.
God didn't write it.

Oh, no, that's not what I'm saying. I'm just pointing out that if you want to talk about the "first fanfiction", then you'd want to go way, way, way before the Bible's inception in 325 AD. There was independent stuff before it, that's all I'm saying.

Isn't fanfiction literature based off of another literature, show, etc?
I mean, at least if we get technical, the Bible is written off of God's Word (as that's what Christians believe). Writing a piece of literature off of what someone says a bit different than what is written down.
It'd kinda be like saying me writing down what my dad just said means I'm writing fanfiction. Ya know?
