Description
Why is Cinder holding a dagger? Why, because she's trying to kill Kai! Anyways, the idea was inspired by the Cinderella-inspiration part of Thorne Throne of Glass. Fleeing from the ball music = too intense ---> what if Cinderella was a thief? No wait! An assassin. Who sent her to kill the prince? O: Unforunately, I had a very, very difficult time coming up with how I wanted to express that situation though, so this is whatchu get. Soz.

This piece is also dedicated to NightmareSiren since she made me finally get around to reading ToG. ^^ I think? Wait now I can't remember. w/e I associate ToG with you.
And now I'm back to mistyping 'throne' as 'thorne.' Oops.

This is an AU. Of course. One of those... conspiracy theory AUs.. ;D

*cough* *coughcoughcoughtildead* WELL, I definitely wasn't supposed to stay up until 7am doing this. >.>..... Pardon the messy everything. I wanted to get it done quickly, but no, somehow I decided to start drawing at 3am (after searching for refs for the better part of an hour before that. Blah.) And I still can't do angles; apologies for Kai's wonky head. >w<

EDIT (1/21 @ 10:18pm EST): Updated with a new version. Once again, staring at this for too long makes me want to fix all the mistakes/messy parts. >w< So, you know, I wasted another hour or two on it.
Also, if you're interested, I switched Kai's colors to blue and silver here . Didn't change the background so it doesn't stand out nicely, but ah well. >w< //I need to clothing design better...
EDIT 2 (1/24 @ 12:05am EST): Updated with version 3. Versions 1 and 2 can be found in that same folder . Also, I'm moving this part of the description down.
