Having come to terms with the fact that he will forever be physically weak, he has turned to rely on speed, agility, and intelligence.
Post-Bleed Background: Was found by Sorodon when he was surviving alone, and was welcomed into the mammoth's small band of misfits. Sorodon came to appreciate Kugo for his intelligence, rather than hate him for his disability; for this, Kugo became attached to Sorodon, as being beside the leader of an empire gives the ferret-bird power he's never had before.
Though undeniably power-hungry, he is not cruel, and an unspoken-of disdain for the bullies of his childhood prevents him from ever hurting someone just because he can.
