Believe it or not he was supposed to be a cool older looking character...but then like all my attempted older looking characters they some how end up looking way too young...so I said, screw it! there was only 4 hours left till the deadline and in the end I made a some what decent-ish story for him

tall people, being nervous (he's always nervous ), being alone (even though he's too afraid to talk to people), being treated like a child, childish people, swimming/being in water despite his love for marine life (he can't swim).

Personality

Mature to make up for appearances
Tsukiya, absolutely loathes people treating him like a child, therefore he always tries to act extremely mature. Although this most of the time has the opposite affect on people who only seem to see a kid who is trying to act like a grown-up.

The nervous
He's a very nervous person and is scared of most people (mostly his former classmates) do to the fact that in elementary school he used to (some how) be the school's bully, but then it seemed that in his fifth year of primary school he stopped growing (he's really unlucky) and well...everyone else grew. Then in the grades to come people he used to bully (everyone) kind of got their revenge for the years before.

Smart: the only redeeming quality
He's very smart and has an extremely good memory (on a scholarship), therefore never really has to study (what it really is, is that he goes to study in the library and gets side tracked by another completely unrelated book.)

Passive yet bossy
Despite his nerves, every once in a while he becomes bossy again and shouts at people if they annoy him too badly, but then being traumatized by all the years of middle school loses his fire and whether or not the person took his comments offensive or not he shouts "Please for give me!" and cowers away (or more likely runs away).

Witty little ****
He greatly enjoys sarcasm and once you get to know him he's a real ittle Sh*t (it's just to hide his insecurities). He is also a drama king, who over reacts to everything.

SO MUCH ENERGY, Then none at all
Tsukiya can seems to have an abundant supply of energy for about three hours until he passes out of exhaustion, literally sleeping almost anywhere.

Lonely
Tsukiya has never had a friend before considering he was always on bad terms with people being the bully or now being bullied. So he's always alone and seems to have a habit of going to parks or cafes just to watch people interact with each other and wishing he could have a friendship like the other kids his age. He's just not socially gifted so he's always afraid to converse with people unless they approach him first.

Biography
When Tsukiya was in Primary school he was renowned for being the school bully (tortured every kid in sight, he did), but then by the end of primary school (4-6th grade-ish) everyone else began to catch up to his height, yet he was still feared. Then returning as a first year middle school student he hadn't grown at all while everyone else greatly surpassed him. This of course lead to all the students that he had bullied at his primary school to torture him to no end because now they could take advantage of his child-like physical strength and small stature. During this time period is when his over powering, fiery personality took a back seat and let his shy, nervous personality take the wheel. Completely terrified of going to school everyday and knowing he probably wouldn't survive a day in high school with people who will soon to be three to four times his size and hates his guts, he began devising ways to escape his old reputation and go to a school where no one knew him. The only way he realized he could do this is to go to a high school that was extremely elite and hard to be accepted into where none of his old classmates could dream of getting into, Tachikawa High. He then began to study (for once in his life). and here he his now.

Additional Info
He kind of forsakes love, due to the fact that every girl that he confessed his love to rejected him because he was too short but he secretly hopes that he could find somebody to love in high school.

Nakayama, Yuuhi- A girl he met in class who came into the class room at the worst time possible to see shortie-pie being squashed by his desk and two girls standing over him staring.

Nakayama, Miyako- A girl he met in class which let him have her lunch vegetables because he forgot his lunch.

Kimura, Chiyomi- A girl he met along with Miyako-san who over came her fear of boys because Tsukiya resembles a girl xD to help pull him out from under his desk because he's a clumsy idiot.

Shin, Masato- AKA Mashato-sama, a science teacher, who found Tsukiya lost and wondering the halls after curfew.

Takahashi, Nami- is currently who he considers his best friend and he has a crush on.
