Oh, this is from Otakon. I was actually supposed to attend this with a friend back in 2008, but didn't have the opportunity to do so when the time came.

I'm not such a big fan of DBZ, so I tend to not pay as much attention to those cosplays... unless I see someone that did a really good job, like this guy
