looks really good, I'd love to see it become a series. It could be a hilarious comic. Definitly keep it black and white though.

Nice use of black and white. The character looks interesting... Maybe create a series of works of him performing different crimes, but keep up the black and white, I like that!

This is very cool. The only suggestion I have is that maybe with the text, fix it up so that the white parts of the text, and the black parts are more outlined. If that makes sense. Which I doubt it does.
You've done this actually, but the "e" should be half white and have black. I hope that's a better explanation.

im not sure if your planning on making him more detailed and less shaddowy but if you arnt i think its great this really caught my eye
