My submission for the MYO event!Dither is basically that crazy old man who lives in a shack on the outskirts of town that little kids dare each other to approach. Depending on the day, he might shout at you to get off his dang lawn, or he might invite you in for (rock hard and tasteless) biscuits and stories.
Dither does have one Uncommon trait: Curly Brows
