Description
Folionymphidea
This clade is formed by swimming quadrivalvidea adapted for life in the more acidic and lower oxygen waters of the swamp biomes. They feed on drifting detritus and filter the nutrient rich water. They camouflage themselves as dead leaves drifting on the surface of streams and ponds and are very capable of swimming and hiding underwater if necessary.
