Description It's done! This is a first for me because *dramatic pause* I've never drawn a realistic human male before. Gasp! So anyway, this was a commission for a good friend of my family.

Time: too long (about 40 hours...)

it turned out amazing! the puppy is so nicely done (you are always so good with fur!) and i didn't know it was a male on the WIP! but you did soooo well with his face and mustache!

Thank you! yeah, in the WIP, the scanner dropped a buch of my lineart so you could pretty much only see the vague outline of his nose and hat, so there wasn't a good way to tell if the person was male or female.

Excellent! X3 People are so hard to do in coloured pencils. e_e You've got some great details in here, too; like on the dog tag, the man's fingernails, and all that great fuzz. Looks like you've put a lot of thought and work into it. ^__^

Yes, they are. x.x They're hard to do well in any medium. Thank you for noticing the details on this piece. I tried really hard to make this look somewhat like the photo it's from.

I never thought about that before, but from this angle David does kind of look like my dad. Freaky. Though, otherwise, they don't look anything alike, except for the mustache. Bling!

And that guy scares me more than is necessary...I think he wants my soul...

I'll make sure and bring my iPod to Molly's birthday party so you can hear him. It's a once-in-a-lifetime kind of horrible experience.
