Description
The sponge tree group originated from a grass-like organism that survived the mass extinction event. After the extinction the group diversified and took over the niches of the silicon trees. Their flowers have evolved to reflect the echolocation of the new land animals. The seeds of the group float on the winds for several days before dropping. They float do to a combination of internal air sacks and the thick atmosphere of Sircut Terra. The seeds often get eaten by the group of organisms called Superannuate they float do to a giant air sack, and have evolved specifically to feed on the seeds of the sponge trees. Also sorry for the art doesn't look the best I had to use a mouse.
