If someone asks, she might say that she wants to be normal human again, but she would desire being a benefactor of society, be that famous genius, respected hero or something else. Being villain is her method of survival and way to fill the emptines of being outcast. I m sure Psi-Void can find aspect where he can corrupt her to his service, like "if she cant be savior of all, be savior of some" and keep her busy with some "pet projects" when she is not serving him.

That's a lot better than my sketch of Empress Ka-Bloom and her impressive... melons, towering over a bound Virtus... (Given that she seemed to have a mild interest during the Sunburn ordeal)
