I redesigned the Beetlejuice main title logo for my website "Beetlejuice's Fan Site ". This may or may not be the final version for the site, but just as a new look for the old title logo, it stands alone.I gotta say, I don't usually draw such...ghastly stuff. Those skulls just kinda came out on their own. I was thinking as I was drawing them that I was like that Bob guy that paints happy little trees on PBS, "and this one has it's own personality, maybe he has a spiky tooth here..." etc. XD I kind of combined the move and cartoon versions together.
I ask for NO ONE to use this for ANY purpose! I hand drew this logo from scratch, even the lettering, and even though the BJ logo itself belongs to Geffen/Warner Bros, this rendition of it is mine alone. Thank you.

It's taken me years and years to get this far...and I still think I'm not that great. But I do have a few "good" moments.

I really wanna draw Endri and do a good job, but I usually screw it up bad =/

Don't you hate it when you can't find something you were working on? Ugh drives me bakonkers.
And listen, I'll tell you what I've been telling my other friend. I don't care what kind of "job" you do in drawing Endri (or Kyle), because I'll love it no matter what. Being a "better artist" simply takes time and practice. If you hold back on drawing things because you feel it won't turn out right, then you're holding back on progressing as an artist.
Now I'm not saying, go draw my characters because that's all I want to see! I'm saying to not hold back with drawing something you really want to. Because hey...you might surprise yourself that time. Keep plugging forward and don't be discouraged by what you consider "failures". Use those as stepping stones to better yourself. Reference back to it, see what you think went wrong, and try a different approach. THAT's how you become a better artist...not wishing for it.
Sorry I went on a bit. I'm used to trying to encourage my other friend to keep practicing her art in the same way. I'll go...hide now.

I keep coming up with some poses and such in my head, but when I get them down on paper, they're usually... odd XD

oh oh I also find it difficult to do poses. But if you search around on dA for stock photos of poses, you'll get a lot of great help and inspiration.
