Nice one! Which miniature is this as the base? I could see this figure working passably with pirates or cowboys depending upon how it's painted up, and what accessories might be added. (Is the hat part of the original mini, or a putty add-on?)

The hat is a plastic not from a Zulu-war era Brit, and the pistol is a bit of scrap electronics. You'll find her on Reapermini.com fairly easily searching for "female pirate".
