I like this. I don't know too much about the character but you did very well.

Thank you so much! Usually Rincewind is portrayed as a dotty old man in films or cover art, but from the books alone he always seemed so much younger to me.

Thank you. That was funny, and it reminded me of the Bright Side of Life from Life of Brian. Did Discworld 2 ever have a North American release? I only ask because I'd never even heard of the Discworld 2 game.

Good ol' Rincewind!!
Or Vindekåbe as we call him in Denmark!
I simply love his life philosophy:
'Haven’t you ever noticed that by running away you end up in more trouble?’
‘Yes, but, you see, you can run away from that too,’ said Rincewind. ‘That’s the beauty of the system. Dead is only for once, but running away is for ever.’

Vindekåbe sounds so cool... what does it mean? I've read all Discworld-novels in English, but at least the first four Rincewind-books in German as well and he's also called Rincewind there.

And then comes the fateful morning when you realize you've done nothing but run away for twenty years and gained nothing from all that time.

Yeah, and if people had the guts of Adrian Monk, no scrap of food would ever touch another.
