Quite hard, not as difficult as my previous attempts - with the camera mounted in car.
This time I could steady the camera with all three legs of the tripod and then wedge the top piece in between the window and frame. Using a short focal length like 18mm, this was more than firm enough.

Not sure which I like best! I love the feel of this B&W, and the other one's verticle alignment gives it a sense of motion.
