You would need to use a code that utilizes a background image in your custom box (use zoom, right click -> "copy image link" to use this one) and paste it into the code where it tells you to insert an image.
This person has a pre-made box with the background already: (You can find their code in their description)
Alternatively, you can use any other custom box design by someone else and simply replace the image link:
